Xinxin Liu is an animation director born in China. 
After graduated from China Academy of Art, she attended Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media for further study.

Her short animation films were screened by Annecy International Animated Film Festival, Ottawa International Animation Festival, Hiroshima International Animation Festival and etc.

In Sep 2017, she participated in NipponNordic artist residency in Denmark and started to develop the animated TV series Toto’s House, which was also pitched in 11th Animasyros international animation festival and won best cultural&digital creation pitching in Sunny Side of the Doc in 2018.

Now she is working and living based in Tokyo.
